Completed Tier 8+ Corrupted Nex, w/ 4 mods, boss, rares all dead, no deaths, no atlas book awarded

The boss and 2nd phase boss died, no atlas points book dropped. The "Cataclysm's Wake" progress did change to now tell me to Complete a Tier 9+ Corrupted Nexus, but I'm hesitant to do so when it didn't give me the atlas points for Tier 8+.

same thing to me just happened.
Was doing a t12 one. Used a t15 waystone and completed, but no corrupted boss spawned, and no book dropped. |
