Let us skip over one map tile when traveling the Atlas

Moving around the atlas one tile at a time is too long and tedious when traveling to a tower/nexus etc. Especially on blank, unjuiced maps.
Just takes too long, it's tedious.

Let us jump over the adjacent map up to the next one if we want to. Traveling a bit faster really won't take anything away in my opinion.
