Amazon Stalking Panther Passive

Hello,

I think the formula for this passive should be double checked, it's not clear that it's working properly.

For chest armor with low evasion (say, 200-300) I am noticing a decrease in total evasion rating when equipping the armor. This is not related to stat changes, skill gems, etc. If I swap a low evasion armor for a high evasion armor (say, 1900) my evasion goes up, predictably. When I swap a low evasion armor for nothing (naked) or an ES only armor, my evasion *increases.* The passive says the evasion from chest armor is reduced by half, it doesn't say it will decrease your net evasion.

Something isn't quite right.

Does the armour grant Life or Strength?
If so, do you have the passive High Alert allocated?

When you equip gear that increases your Max Life, your life does not rise to meet the new max. This causes you to no longer benefit from bonuses that require you to be on Full Life until you heal back to up, whether with Flask, Well, or regeneration.
