endurance charges????????????

why is it so hard to get endrance charges, frenzy chrages and power chrages have a on kill skilll and they both have uniques and they both have buff that give you them. why is there no way to easily get endurance charges. are they so over power that ggg figured they would put them in the game but not put a way to get them

Comboing the Devastate + Break Endurance supports is my go-to method. I put them both on Staggering Palm. Whenever the Palm or the projectiles provided by its buff cause a Heavy Stun, it's Fully Breaks and I get a 40% chance for an Endurance Charge. With the Serpant's Egg unique amulet, it a 40% chance for 2 Charges every time I Heavy Stun with the skill.

If I had to guess they're something more used with the marauder class we don't have, so we're missing other ways to generate and spend them.

Because it's fuckin' EA and we don't have all the skills from all the weapons in the game.
We have no swords, no axes, no daggers etc. Ow and no beast forms, because we are supposed to get druids and beast shapes. Later Edit:Daggers might not matter but the lack of Knuckle Dusters/Claws from Druids and Flails from Templars might matter because they may have skill relating to Endurance Charges.
