Map does not load when re-enter trial of chaos

When I portal out from Trial of Chaos to meet a buyer to sell item, when re-enter the portal the map does not load and stuck in the loading screen. (gear infinite turning)

Even I closed the game, when re-loggin it still see loading screen.
To fix this i need to wait 20mins for session to reset and send me to town.

This happen many times, also with happen to my friends you can search many of this issue posted.

I'm playing on PS5.
