I would like to submit my resume for the open position of social media/community/PR manager (seriously).
I have so much faith you guys are working tirelessly to give the players the best experience but your efforts are being cut short by the lack of good communication. A little more detail, justification , and forethought go a long way in this community. Example: "Hey everyone, we've identified and are working on a fix for the rollback related to skill gems. Can't give any promises but a generous estimate is 4-6 hours, we respect and value your time and know you're excited for the updates." People are disgruntled about feeling like the game doesn't value their time, posting something that says timeline of: "May 1st" seems to be continuing that rend. |
