MAP COMPLETED BUT NOT COMPLETED, THEN DOESN'T LOAD PROPERLY!!!

FIX THIS ASAP PLEASE, I LITERALLY CAN'T PLAY THE GAME.

I don't know if pushing way too far from the Monolith cause this or not but it shouldn't.

I just completed, let's say MAP A, -> now being fogged all over, can't access or see anything around it. Then I go to another area do a different map, same thing happen (Let's call this MAP B). Then MAP A reset like I never completed, but lose all content, just a plain map. I keep trying to redo MAP A and B repeatedly like 4-5 times, same thing happen. Now I am stuck with mapping, can't run anything.

If I click on Monolith symbol, it takes me back to the main tower and the fog around MAP A and B disappear but I can't click on it, same to the area around those mentioned maps.

I tried everything: reset PC, reset instances, etc, nothing works.
