Connection Problems EU, very unstable ping, unplayable, winMTR stats inside

I keep lagging out in this game, ping is hortribly unstable basically rendering me unable to play this game.
I checked with winMTR but am actually clueless and thought it might help.
The connection within my router seems fine, but then there seems to be some packet loss to the server.
can anyone determine if this is on my end?
