Main hand weapon randomly disappear from weapon swapping

Can't provide any screenshot or video of it happening but I definitely did not accidently sold my weapon to the vendor

I feel like it has to do with weapon swapping. After playing for a bit my weapon from set 2 just randomly disappear and it's always the main hand one. Hope it'll get fix soon or if I can get my maces back.
