Black Crow minion glitch

When playing minion build in a T15 Blooming Field map, i come across the Black Crow boss. The issue is that the boss doesn't take the bell when i get him down to 20% life, all he does is attack me & my minions constantly. After 5 mins, i came out of game in hopes of resetting boss / map but couldn't reset it
