Omen of Whittling bricked my item !!! Technical Bug !!!

As the title says, i had a breach ring that was bought for a lot and upon using the Omen of Whittling, a specific prefix was highlighted in yellow/orange.

When applying the omen, an attribute suffix got changed and completely bricked my item. I have screenshots of me using the omen and what my item looks like now.

It is worth noting that my item was fractured. i need answers please. i can't believe this much grinding goes to waste.

My item had the following stats:

P [FRACTURED] 26% increased Lighting Damage
P Adds 2 to 84 Lightning Damage to Attacks
P 22 % increased chaos damage ========this was highlighted in orange======
S +27 to intelligence
S +20-somthing Dexterity
S Gain 10 per enemy killed

Breach Ring looks like the following now:

P [FRACTURED] 26% increased Lighting Damage
P Adds 2 to 84 Lightning Damage to Attacks
P 22 % increased chaos damage
S +27 to intelligence
S 69% Increased Mana Regeneration Rate =====this happened=========
S Gain 10 per enemy killed


Please get back to me i love this game but i simply don't have the time to grind for this much currency again.
