Silent Cave cannot complete

I've read that Silent cave is glitched, and to make sure you clear the 4 yellows around the edges first before the boss. So I did that, killed 3 of the four, the fourth exploded and killed itself (Is this the reason for the gltich???) now I cannot click on the boss to complete the map and get my atlas points. I can run around and through the boss but there is no option to click three times to release it which means my map is bricked!

@GGG Please fix this map!
