Omen of Amelioration doesn't even work half the time.

I'm a Lvl 95 Deadeye. I died multiple times due to bodies exploding and the usual unknown reason. Most of the time the omen doesnt even prevent the exp loss. What is the problem? Another poe2 "feature" where even the omens are RNG?

Are you using more than Omen in the zone? Only one Omen can be used per area.

SAME and no i don't have any other omens on me. ONLY Amelioration and yes it was turned on. It works half the time. It will STILL be turned on after death in my bag.
