I cannot delete my account on Trade site

Hello,

I have an issue and I cannot use my account on your Trade Site.

Anytime I try to whisper someone for an item it either says we are not in the same league or that I have to be logged in-game, which I am.

I think the accounts are messed on my email address and I cannot delete everything and start from zero.

What can I do ?

I don t have more information because I am clueless and the website is not very intuitive.
