Bugged ritual tablets

Hey I'd like to report a bug.
It seems the ritual tablets with "Rerolling Favours at Ritual Altars in your Maps costs XY% reduced Tribute" are bugged.
(there's also a bug on the filter on the trade website which says "Rerolling Favours at Ritual Altars in your Maps costs XY% increased Tribute" for some reason. ). Instead of decreasing the reroll cost it's exponentially multiplying it (showing more than 16000% increased rerolling cost). It seem like the max value for rerolling is still 750 as far as I can tell from mapping. but the values showing on the atlas are crazy.
I'm not sure it's happening to everyone because i've seen people using this tablet successfully. I'm pretty frustrated as this ruined hours of setup and grinding.
