My account was suddenly banned at noon on April 29, 2025, with a prompt indicating that I was illegally obtaining game currency and items. However, I have never used game bugs to do such things before, and I don't even know what other game bugs there are. Please investigate this matter and help me lift the ban as soon as possible. " This is not a joke or a prank — but get ready to wait over a month. I've been waiting for a response for a month now regarding a ridiculously simple issue with their store. I bought some coins, and they don’t count toward the $120 discount on support bundles in the Steam store, even though they do on their own website. As you can imagine, fixing this should be trivial.
