(PS5 - Controller) - Unable to place both Sunclan Relics

I can only insert one relic—the other slot stays empty. Resetting the instance doesn’t help: the original relic remains in its socket, and I still can’t place the second one. This happens on both Normal and Cruel. If there’s already a solution, please point me to the relevant thread.
