Strongboxes bug

Playing on playstation
After opening strongboxes... the one that spawn pack of monster for some loot...
Suddenly my X button (the button that pickup loots) stopped working and I can't pick up any loot around (the X button didn't even show)... going back to town didn't solve the problem at all
I have to run far away... fight some monster until the button comes back on... then I have to run back to pick up the loot
