FIX YOUR [Removed by Support] SKILL GEMS

Game shouldn't have these types of bugs to where you have to make a WHOLE new skill gem, quality it and orb it in order to get said skill working again. this has happened to two skills. thanks for wasting my time once again GGG. starting to really see why people are jumping to last epoch.
