The reviews on STEAM are mostly negative! (because of crashes)

In just a month, the reviews have dropped from "Very Positive" to "Mostly Negative." And it's no surprise. The "Dawn of the Hunt" patch, released on April 9th, brought the entire game system to its knees.
Early Access usually warns players that something might not work properly or that the game is not yet in its full version. But when players since 09.04 are saying the game is unplayable — because they can't log into the game, can't access their old characters, or even create a new one to start from beginning — that's a serious issue. Instead of loading the map, the game disconnects the player and crashes to the desktop.
Worst of all, the developers are posting updates on April 10th, 11th, 16th, and 17th.
What’s the point of adding new features when I can’t even play a single match because the game crashes to the desktop every time I try to connect?
The reviews on STEAM are absolutely JUSTIFIED!
The first thing the developers should fix is the connection problem and network stability — not waste time on minor additions. A game can be unbalanced, but if you can't even enter it, then it simply doesn't exist!
