Trial of Sekhemas is bugged out

I am currently playing on PoE2, and I think there is a bug that does not let me go to trial of sekhemas, I don't even have the waypoint to travel to it, it does not even show on the desert map for me to travel to, I have tried in normal difficulty and cruel difficulty and I still don't have the waypoint no matter what I tried to do, I tried to join other party in hope that I could warp to the trial but it kept saying I don't have the quest require, I did not go to the trial after I got the first Djinn Barya and dropped the item somewhere, what should I do in this case? I emailed the customer support and they said I should make a thread here

It's open thru the story line of Act II.
Pick Act 2 normal and just do all quests.
Once you find Traitor's passage manage to find Balbala the traitor task

What I meant is I can not travel to the trial at all even after I killed Balbala in normal and cruel difficulties at all, this bug happens when you kill Balbala for the first time in normal difficulty, , but did not pick up the coin that she dropped, because I want to do all my ascendency points later at once, since it is bugged out, I can't travel to it to do my ascendency, even if I join someone party, have them go to the trial so I can teleport to them, the teleportation button is grey out.
