Let me remind you something from the history of trade.

Not so long ago this service was not provided by GGG.

And some particular guy was listing something that was, by all means, totally overpriced garbage. Complete dogshit.

But when they whisper for the trade, he would just raise the price, without giving a damn crap about it.

So, this guy gets denied of this service. Of course some sort of scandal follows. GGG realizes they cannot let other random parties have control over this.

Which on its own was obvious before that, for much more serious reason that this random guy. How dumb were the GGG is hard to explain...

Anyway, the bottom line from this story:

It is his item.
He has the right to list it, and he has the right not to sell it.

And you can complain all you want, call him toxic, add him to ignore list etc...

But he has all the right to seek higher profit from his item.

Deal with it how you want.

The trade system in PoE2 is a result of poorly designed crafting mechanics.
