Prism of Belief Warning - Many don't work

Just a heads up to anyone looking to make a large purchase of a Prism of Belief... Many different skills are just straight not working. Even relogging or zoning won't fix it. Some show a tooltip level increase but no corresponding benefit (ie damage) increase, some don't even show the level or benefit.

Biggest offender of this is Skeletal Snipers, all Prisms 1-3 do not give any benefit. It's why they're going for dirt cheap because they literally don't do anything.

There is another thread talking about sniper: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3777500 What is worse is that some actually work and some don't. You can search for each type on the trading site, which implies there is some internal consistency when coding them.

What other skills? Every day since 0.2 update several Prism of Belief bug reports are created or bumped. I initially checked a few and they specify skeletal snipers. Titles of the ongoing daily reports also specify only them.

This is because Skeletal Warrior skills were turned into Skeletal Snipers in 0.2 update.

One of these is for actual snipers. Another is for former warriors, and I think it works with the skills that was turned on Standard. But new Prism of Beliefs shouldn't roll this mod of course.
