BUG - Crackling barrier interaction with scavenged plating

Hello,

If you use resonating shield + crackling barrier and channel it, the moment you gain a scavenged plating stack crackling barrier does not grant lighting thorns anymore (is basically deactivated for some reason).

Please fix so I can un-brick my poor lich build :)
