Temporal Bubble screen flashing

Any time I come into contact with a Temporal Bubble I get screen flashes in the upper half or so of my screen. They are extremely intense and don't stop until I blindly kill the mob.

I have no idea if there is anything I can do to fix it myself and it has been happening all along, so not a recent patch change.

Mods should blind my character, not me. Please make the hurting stop. Thanks. :)

I have the same issue, with my B580, so I guess its more an Intel problem rather than a GGG problem
This is still an issue despite several driver updates, the new season, and a completely different class and skill set.

Any chance of fixing this or thoughts on a workaround?
I get the same issue with Intel B580.
I fixed it and some other minor graphical glitches by trying DX12 and XeSS, though I think the performance dropped a bit. Still no stuttering now and, to be fair, I'm pushing the B580 pretty hard so I'm happy.
This new league DX 12 is bugged with constant game crash. I have to play with Vulkan and this issue shows up again.

Yes, I did notice occasional crashing after switching back to DX 12. One of the reasons I was using Vulkan in the first place.

Also abyss encounters, especially during a large spawn and when I send out twisters supported with a 7 frenzy barrage, the B580 pretty much just says "I'll wait" and my input response goes to Hell. This much is probably more my insisting on 2560x1600 at max settings on an entry-level card but surprisingly isn't generally where I'll actually experience a system-level freeze requiring reboot.

But the screen flashing and encounter frequency of Temporal Bubble is far worse for me than the crashing, so kinda stuck with it until I get a new GPU installed. Will be giving a Red Devil RX 9070 XT a go soon to see if that can keep up with all the on-screen effects and maybe not crash so much.
