Wanted - dead or alive - Copper Citadel

I´ve encountered so far about 3 or 4 iron citadels and 2 stone citadels but copper isn´t anywhere to be found and, right now, NO CITADEL in my atlas to persuit, i have to play maps randomly without any purpose, because the citadels are extremely rare.
