Account Divine Orb Restrictions POE 2

Have a 89level litch and a 62 level monk still no divine drops from maps endgame, is my account currency locked, how does the game want me to progress without the currency drops ,I would like to check if there something that is stopping/preventing the currency from dropping.

how i not get a single divine ,here my friends getting divine drops like Alchemy Orbs me still at 0 even after so much level. how i increase my drop rate (rarity is not the issue here )
