Magical Broomstick Mount - Witch's Rhoa Equivalent

As the devs added the Rhoa Mount as a Spirit Gem with the Huntress, I think it would be a natural extension to add a Magical Broomstick Mount Spirit Gem for the Witch with the following requirements:

Magical Broomstick Mount
Minion
Buff, Companion, Persistent
Reservation: 60 Spirit
Requires: Level (1–90), (1–205) Int

Summons a magical broomstick that you can ride. While you're mounted on the broomstick, you can only use Sceptre Skills, and Hits against you cause Heavy Stun buildup. While you aren't mounted, the broomstick flys around knocking enemies back.
