Game / PC Freezes During Specific Encounter | POE2

Hello,

So I got a new PC this week.

Specs
Ryzen 7 7700X
GTX 5070
32G RAM DDR5 6000hz
Samsung SSD 9100 Pro
TUF Gaming B850-PLUS Mobo

When i am mapping and the big beast do this thing we they turn brighter and brighter Red, my screen and sometimes my PC freezes.

Along with this, when i fight the Azak Bog boss, and they do the red circles on the floor it also does the same thing.

I have tried on minimum settings and on max settings.

This is a fresh install of windows, all drivers are up to date.

Can anyone suggest a fix or is this just an issue with the 5070 and POE2 that needs to be fixed on there end?
