Bind Spectre Not Working on Gilded Beetle Corpse

I use the Gilded Beetle as my go to Spectre and recently I got hit with two bugs in a row. First my Gilded Beetle Spectre wouldn't summon. I had the spirit and could summon all other minions except Gilded Beetle. Thinking it was bugged I disenchanted the skill gem and thought. "I'll just bind another one". Only to see that the Gilded Beetle Corpse won't turn into a Spectre either. The bind Spectre skill gem works on all other corpses except the Gilded Beetle. This is kind of a game breaking bug for me since I can't play my build. The main damage dealing ability of my whole thing literally cannot be spawned. Pls help :(

Temporarily disabled the Gilded Beetle as a Spectre.
