HAVEN'T SEEN ANY OF THE NEW STRONGBOXES

I'm playing on standard league, doing maps T 15. So maybe they are available only in season league? Thanks for your time.

They are pretty rare. I don't have any points in strongboxes on the atlas passive tree and I might see an usual strongbox once every 30 or 40 maps.
