Sound Settings - "Chat Alert Volume"

Hi,

I know this one was addressed many times already but come one, why can't you change chat alert sound to the one from POE1? Or at least to something else if you want specifically something new.

I can't hear the sound even when the "Chat Alert Volume" is at full.

Secondly why "Chat Alert Volume" setting is changing the volume of Currency Exchange "shop"? The one when you choose something what you want to buy...
