Detonator skills and supports

Skills that can be detonated would flow a lot better if you could make non-detonator skills into a detonating skill with a support gem like... "Armour Explosion" or "Fiery Death"! These support gems already have the explosion theme, why not allow it to also detonate?.

The spear skill "Spearfield" would be so cool if you could detonate the spears that are stuck in the ground. Preferably by a skill like "Thunderous Leap", where it literally says it will detonate spears in the ground.

The spear skill "Rapid Assault" has a final strike, but does not work with "Crescendo". It should, please.
