[Ignite] [Solar Orb] [Conversion] disapointing interactions and overwriting ignites

Solar Orb's tooltip describes it as a deterministic ignite source, causing targets to be ignited depending on proximity.

Create a fiery Orb that periodically releases fiery pulses. Enemies that are very close to the Orb are Ignited.

* The tooltip inspires to use it as a source of ignite, witch is working very well - for example to collect energy for cast on ignite -
* however, as soon as fire damage is converted to another element - like with Blueflame Bracers for example - this property seems to be disabled, even tho it seems to be a seperate feature and not depending on damage type

* it is also hard to achieve ignites in general
