It is a waste though if you are this outraged at a video game to just be straight negative. You can get 1,000s of hours in a game and still not lose your shit. Its a matter of what do you game for? Do you game as a way to escape the mundane life of yours or do you use it as a way to just have even more fun than your normal life.
I got 100-200 hours since EA launch in POE 2 so far and yes...this season the loot sucks and I mean sucks super duper bad. Im almost 90 and not even a single Greater orb has dropped but I don't let it get to me cause the rest of my life is fantastic and I just do it to kill time while my wife is working.

I’m still on Act III and while it’s not everyone with grievances, I do think a lot of the louder folks are conveniently people that have at least 700 - 800 hours and nothing else to do so they project their boredom-fused ire onto the devs and people enjoying the game. And the internet has this inconvenient product of facilitating their congregation in places that could otherwise be used more constructively. All the well thought out, legitimate criticisms I read here are drowned out by all the squealing, screaming bored folks that have too much free time and exhausted the game. I think folks that begin their long, frivolous diatribes with their 700+ playtime hours should be a point of pride for the devs, frankly.
That is exactly it. Everytime I see a constructive critique of the game that is balanced, level headed, and kind I typically have a much better time talking to them and 90% of the time they have a point.
Its really only the people screaming about stuff and the funny thing is the Ziz discussion they kind of hinted that those people will never be heard by GGG

I just find it curious that those who purport to enjoy the game are living on the forums instead of actually playing the game they claim to enjoy.
Those who are voicing their concerns are doing so out of love for the game, we don't want the game to fail like the reviews, active player statistics, and forum posts indicate.
By bringing awareness that the majority of players are unhappy with the direction of the game it allows the devs to correct course to provide the incredible game we know GGG are capable of producing as evidenced by PoE 1
You're entitled to your opinions, but don't denigrate others for having different opinions than you, that's just rude.

No matter how many times you say the "majority" of players dislike the game it doesn't mean it to be true. You really don't know how to interprete data and multiple people have explained it, thoroughly, to you and yet you still don't get it.
And no its not rude. You have yet to post 1 constructive critique about the game from a place of passion for the game. Every single one of your post is just doom and gloom man.

False. I posted this cause this forum has been a sea of negativity. I actually love the direction the game is going in. I like the "vision".
But lets be honest. This forum has been swarmed by 8-12 people who just bash every positive post out there and they drown out any real constructive critique of the game.
