There's a lot more than the speed of the game that needs fixing!

The entire campaign needs a complete overhaul, it's far too tedious for anyone to want to do multiple times every league.

The passive skill tree needs a complete overhaul, there's almost no defensives on the tree and it lacks the depth of PoE 1's skill tree.

The gem system is a massive step backwards due to the inability to use multiple of the same support gems in a build, needing to find Perfect Jewellers Orbs.

The skills themselves are lacking in weight, furthermore they are tied to specific weapons which destroys build variation, the very thing that made PoE 1 a soaring success.

The towers for endgame need to be removed.

More control is required over the atlas itself, aimlessly wandering about hoping for maps you enjoy doing is not fun.

These are just a small selection of the MANY problems with the vision for PoE 2.

Oh it can absolutely be fixed, but as mentioned, there needs to be massive changes for that to happen. Basically a complete rewrite of all the games systems.

Ultimately the best move would be to leave Jonathan and one intern working on PoE 2.

Then place Mark in charge of PoE 1 and move everyone else over to the PoE 1 team.

That way people can enjoy a good game while Jonathan creates his vision without interference.
the base is created, have better animations, better bosses, better systems of skill (on easy for noobs terms)... we hace all the base, the rest of thing can be fixed!!!

Im sure PoE 2 will be epic in months! trust people!! GGG are the company who continues Diablo II legacy! even blizzard cant

Removing rarity on gear and increasing drops would fix QOL instantly

Remove death penalty or increase map tiers so lvl 90+ characters can actually gain exp at a decent rate

Yes trade is broken because the LOOT is broken

And about EXP yes, T16 is so hard to hit with vaals and monster doesnt drops T16 or T17 (even exist)

Trade is a cancer that has decimated the enjoyment of this genre for too long. This is a hill I am willing to die on.
