Currency exhange bug

I trade a Weathered Crisis Fragment for exalts orbs(a lot of them), then to get then I press ctr+click repeatedly to get all the exalt to my inventory, when there was like 40-60 left I get an error. I don't remember exactly but something like to many attempts and I lost the exalts. I know I wont get them back but can you fix this or at least inform more players, rich player can lose a lot of currency
