Distelled emotions allocating on Amulets Not working

Alllocating things on to amulets with distelled emotions doesnt seem to be working at all!
Ive tried 3 different allocations on three different amulets and see nothing new on my passive tree, and cant see the bonuses from said allocated perk on anything!

I had 1 allocation that gives me an extra totem but didnt work

Then i tried a different allocation that gives me extra chaos damage, and i cant see my skills damage going up

then i tried on that gives me bonus energy shield and same thing my stats didnt change!
