URGENT - POE 2 - Keep staying in loading screen for just one character. PS5 console.

I encountered a serious problem today which my POE 2 can’t load into one map for already 4 hrs. Strange that when I selected 2 other characters in same account the game works totally fine. Just one character (I played most) is not working. I tried restarted console, even re-installed the game, just the problem still exist. Can you and your team please take a look and fix asap.

Problem : When I teamed up my friend and I wanna join his fight, i just stuck in loading page when changing map and then stayed loading forever.

Problem fixed by disconnecting PS remote play from another device
