Lost Amulet worth 5 Divine Orbs due to Server connection lost

So I just bought an amulet for 5 divine orbs, which I instilled right after. For no reason whatsoever my game disconnects for the 3rd time today due to server issues, for which I am not responsible. Of course, after relogging the amulet disappeared. Currency gone, amulet gone and I do not even have the evidence to back this up as the chat is deleted. Why is it not possible to restore the lost equipment?

It's beyond unplayable what is happening, all EU realms are downright unplayable, cant even finish a map, most times cant even start it. map gone, scarabs gone - wth
