Omen of Secret Compartments bug

Found Unique Strongbox, activated Omen, click SB - message said it worked, but when I finished with it - it wasn't openable again and Omen was gone.
Map - Lost Towers Strongbox - Walking Bug with Jewels (w\e it's called). Have a video of the bug, but you can't post link here, if I remember correctly. Last bumped on Apr 29, 2025, 7:56:32 AM

Same just happened to me, killed the bug, saw an icon on the map still for a strongbox, but it wasn't there. Left and came back and icon was gone. RIP my one omen of that type

Tested on 3 new unique strongboxes - didnt work...

I just ran into the same issue. Omen consumed - beetle is was defeated and cannot be reopened.
