Unlock Code not arriving

Whatever process is supposed to generate those unlock codes isn't running or is slow as treacle. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes to send me an unlock code after requesting it.

I guess I won't be playing PoE2 tonight, alas. (And no it isn't stuck in the spam filter) :(

The codes definitely are going out; it's just that it can be something of a running battle to prevent automated emails such as those from being flagged as spam. Emails marked as spam can be either sent to a dedicated folder, or discarded entirely without ever being delivered to you.

Your best shout's likely to try changing which email address is associated with your Path of Exile account to a different provider: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/change-email

It's less a matter of one provider being better than another, and more a case of one having better compatibility with Grinding Gear Games... currently, at least.

The email address change process will fire off a confirmation link to your current / old email address. This might get through despite the unlock codes not doing so. If it doesn't, you're likely looking at GGG verifying your identity, then performing the change for you.

Their current response times are... not good... and so, if you're capable of handling this without their intervention, you most likely want to. There's really not much else that can be done.
