immured fury bugged out a ritual

killed immured fury right before the ritual, ritual couldn't be completed.

i was super thorough in covering all the area to make sure there wasn't a buried mob or something.

detail i remember - 1st ritual, started after immured fury was killed in range of it, savannah, t15.

Had this too today, in Seepage. Sounds and hitbox from immured fury, but can't be seen, targeted or killed

Had this happen as well. Locks you out of finishing the rest of the map since the ritual just never ends.
