Feedback on endgame mapping objectives

Hey,

While I do appreciate making rare monsters show on the mini map from the start when entering a waystone, I think it's as much of a band aid fix as the checkpoints and it doesn't address the core problem.

In PoE1, the general condition to finishing a map is to kill the boss. Maps have specific layouts with some variables. But they tend to be pretty specific. Which allows for some skill/knowledge expression.
When you activate a Mesa map, you know that the boss is in the center and you choose to interact with that fact as you see fit. You either target the boss first and choose to continue clearing the map, or you clear the outer circle of the area then go towards the boss afterwards (both approaches are useful under specific scenarios).

In PoE2, making rares the completion objective removes that player agency or makes the acquired knowledge about a specific map useless. Rare monsters spawn all over the place. Which makes the layouts not matter as much when clearing. Because you just have to go where the rares are.
