Where are the higher distlled emotions?

I got a ton of distilled emotions that are lower tier, like the first 5 in the list.

No suffering, isolation,fear or despair.

I usually manage to get to lvl 3 rewards during a mirror, sometimes lvl 4 if i try to push it.
Been doing quite a few but havent seen a single one of those and most important passives require those.

Btw SSF so no trading.

I'm not sure how they drop (probably higher tier waystones and rarity, deli boss) but you can reforge the distilled emotions to higher tier ones

Definitely not waystones cuz i ve been doing t15/t16s only for a while now and its always the same, ire/greed usually
