Visual Issues / Skill Panel / Skill Gems

There are a number of visual issues related to the skill panel/skill gems. Ones I have found so far:

1) Skill panel will randomly list a bunch of punch skills. Its easy to clear them away when they pop up but it happens randomly.

2) Minion Skill Gems are listing Resistances twice. This seems to be a purely visual bug.

3) Spectre: Vaal Guard is listing skills in the skill tabs twice. I tried rebinding a new skill gem but they all seem to do this. Like minion resistances repeating this seems to be a visual bug.
