Delirium mirror missing in delirous enchanted maps

If you use a distill on a map to add an enchantment, the map will not spawn a delirium mirror.(The maps have a delirium mirror on the atlas via rng or tablet) Inside the map it will show there is a delirium mirror under the extra content checklist. I've cleared 10's of maps like this and there is never a mirror in the map.

I assume this is a bug, and not an intended change. This is part of the reason it takes so long to get simulacrums.
