black crow map boss invincible

assuming its because i did damage too quickly, but the black crow boss on the blooming field map refused to enter its final phase by grabbing the bell and would no longer take any damage at about 10% hp, had to let it kill me so i could get out

Same thing just happened to me except it had 50% HP.
I have video of it too. |
