Invisible on ground effects

No dynamic culling and yet a multitude of on ground effects are just not rendering in until death and I'm not the only one at this point in the end game it's actually going to be what causes me to quit I can't handle the constant loss of XP to things that I can't actually see when my internet is fine and dynamic culling is not turned on I have to say this most recent patch has to be one of the worst updates I've ever experienced on any game ever. Has anybody experienced the checkerboard screen or the white screen just because you went into your menu and looked at your gear lol I bought a PC just to play your game on PC and now I'm going to go play last epoch thanks
