character stuck under map PoE2

i was doing waystones and i respawned under the map and my game crashes , now i cant play that character because every time start to load in the game its crashes but when i made a new character i log in with no issues.

The same thing is hapenning to me. I died in a map and my character respawned out of bounds and it crashed when i tried to tp or log off, now i can't even join that character since its loading the same glitched map and it crash while still loading.
